To respond to changing business context requires transformation (by whatever name: agility, reinvention, renewal, disruption, change). This masterclass will help participants accomplish transformation. We will look at three targets (stakeholders) for transformation to happen: business (organization), HR function, and individual. For each of these stakeholders, we will identity three principles of transformation: why transformation matters, what it looks like, and how to do it. This leads to a nine box transformation roadmap (below). Participants will walk away with an overall framework for making transformation happen and specific actions and skills in each of the nine cells. Transformation will be less abstract and more actionable with a clear blueprint for making it happen.
