As the Vice President for Organization Development and Strategic Initiatives for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Addie has responsibility for improving the effectivity of the global organization and facilitating the transformation to an as-a-service Edge-to-Cloud Infrastructure Company.
During his career, Addie was in charge of leading the HR practice of some of the largest acquisitions in the Tech Industry (Compaq, EDS), and has also led the HR operations of the largest Tech Industry separation so far, resulting in the creation of two FTSE 100 companies (HP Inc. and HPE). Addie also played an integral role in leading through, large divestitures (the Software and Services division) and one of the largest Workday HR system implementations for the EMEA region.
Previous roles include Business HR leadership, global HR operation leadership and transformation and geographic HR leadership in EMEA and emerging markets as well as leadership coaching and leadership development.
