Adina Avram is a dedicated advocate for creating joyful, thriving, and inclusive workplaces within organizations. With over a decade of experience in Human Resource Management and five years as an accomplished NGO leader, Adina firmly believes that the key to an organization’s success lies in the happiness and fulfillment of its people, ultimately impacting society positively.
Adina’s unique background as a neurodivergent woman who has resided in six different countries has provided her with a profound understanding of the intricacies of “fitting in” while celebrating one’s differences.
Currently, as the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) & Talent Development at Trivium Packaging, Adina is at the forefront of creating change. In addition, she actively serves as a keynote speaker, consultant, and coach, collaborating with organizations to seamlessly integrate DEIB and conscious leadership practices into their daily operations, making the workplace a better, more inclusive environment.
