Carita Himberg has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2020. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources globally, building a high performance culture and driving the people agenda for future growth and success. Carita is a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in global HR leadership roles at leading corporations including Microsoft, Nokia and Novartis. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President HR at Stora Enso. Carita holds a master´s degree in engineering and an MBA.
