Charbel Noble has a proven track record of strategic achievements in Talent, Learning and Development with a strong background in commercial roles and business management in various companies (Monoprix, GAP and Etam). Later, Charbel embarked on a new journey and joined BD, as Head of Talent, Learning and Development. Passionate about people development, he successfully implemented an innovative and comprehensive talent management and people development strategy. In 2017, Charbel’s passion for learning and development led him to join the Servier Group as Director of Learning and Development Worldwide. Since 2020, Charbel leads the global talent acquisition, talent management and learning and development functions. There, he implemented several transformational processes by creating a balance between business needs and people aspirations.
Our focus will be on creating an environment where employees feel valued and heard, particularly in a hybrid or distributed workplace, delving into the critical role of people listening in effective performance management, discussing the common communication barriers between managers and employees and providing practical strategies to overcome them.
