Donatella de Vita holds a degree in Philosophy from the Università degli Studi di Milano and has a Master’s in Psychology of Labor. Additionally, she completed a two-year certification program in “Psycho-socio-analysis” (PSOA) at the Università Cattolica di Milano. Donatella began her career in Human Resources, where she oversaw Sourcing and Training activities at Gruppo La Rinascente and later at Deutsche Bank Italy. She then joined the Pirelli Group, assuming responsibility for Learning, Executive Development, and Internal Communication at the international level. Throughout her tenure, she also served as the Human Resources manager for various Business Units and Companies within the Pirelli Group. In 2012, she was appointed as the global head of Learning & Development, and in 2022, she became responsible for Welfare, Engagement, and DE&I programs for HR on a global scale. Donatella frequently speaks at international HR community events and is a sought-after speaker at Business Schools, sharing her expertise from the practical world. Since 2015, she has been actively involved in EQUIS accreditation processes as a Corporate representative.
