Inge is a scientifically trained (veterinarian), multilingual (4 languages) HR executive who started her career in R&D in the Pharma industry. She moved into HR 15 years ago and held country, regional and global roles partnering with functional and commercial businesses in innovative pharma and generics. In her last role as Head of People & Organization of Sandoz, she was a member of the Sandoz Executive Committee and led all HR aspects of the carve out preparation of Sandoz, a global business with USD 9.3 Bio revenue and 22’000 employees. Inge holds an Executive Master’s degree in Change from Insead and is a Co-Active trained coach.
