Pascale is currently the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion director at The HEINEKEN Company, is a data and people led Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert, moving easily from shaping strategy to tactical planning and effective execution; and acts as an advisor to business leaders for them to own and activate their DEI strategies. At HEINEKEN, Pascale is focused on shaping the global DEI strategy. After joining the Dutch brewer in late 2018, Pascale shaped nine new Inclusive Practices aimed at bringing inclusion to life within the corporation and is developing over 10000 leaders in Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias. To truly embrace the cultural diversity of each of the countries where HEINEKEN operates, Pascale built, developed and is working with a global community of more than 100 local DEI Ambassadors. These ambassadors embrace their role by working with their leadership teams to help them identify, understand and respond to local DEI opportunities and requirements.
