Aino is a business-driven and solution-oriented HR leader. Her professional focus is on designing and implementing people and leadership practices aimed at enhancing employee engagement, a sense of purpose in work, and thereby improving business success and customer satisfaction. She believes that success is based on collaboration, enabling personal growth, and developing professional supervisory and leadership skills. Aino is dedicated to the professional development of the HRBP team and the continuous business-oriented development of the HR organization in collaboration with the business.

Aino began her career in recruitment, guiding organizational changes, and training staff during transitions. She has worked at ABB Oy since 2008, initially as a local HR Business Partner in various Service businesses and later in Finland’s Marine & Ports operations. Since 2016, she has held the SVP HR role in the Global Marine & Ports division. Currently, she serves as the Global SVP and Division Head of HR for Robotics. Aino holds a Master’s degree in Psychology.
