Burcu Boyali is a results-driven senior HR professional with more than 15 years of experience specialising in HR transformation, process improvement, and leveraging technology to deliver best-in-class HR solutions. Currently serving as the Global Senior Director of HR Process at JLL, Burcu is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the HR process excellence and improvement program. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-facing HR products and services. Burcu’s expertise in HR transformation and their ability to leverage Workday as a catalyst for change have driven successful organizational transformations.

Prior to their current role, Burcu held various leadership positions at JLL, including Director of EMEA HR Process, where they led the solutioning, implementation, and improvement of various HR functionalities. Throughout their career, Burcu has also worked at international companies such as HILL International Inc and Monster Worldwide Inc, bringing their valuable HR expertise to support organisational integration and transformation processes.

Burcu holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication Management. They have also completed Executive Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford and has undertaken the Global Women on Board Programme at Professional Women Network. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Burcu is a chartered fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD).
