Iris Brachmaier is the Group Chief People Officer at UNIQA Insurance Group since 1st August 2023. She is responsible for Group HR and Diversity & Inclusion across 18 countries. Before joining UNIQA Iris Brachmaier has held different top Management positions in Automotive, Paper & Packaging and IT. At the global GG Group, she was Vice President Corporate Development & Group HR, responsible for Strategy, ESG, Organizational Development and HR.

Her current focus is on developing and implementing people strategies, digital transformation & organizational design, people experience and leadership effectiveness.
