Lourdes Pantaleon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent management, HR, and recruitment. Starting in 2011, she worked at Ericsson, where she held positions such as Global People (HR) Business Partner, Head of Succession Enablement, Talent Management Consultant, Change Management Lead, Learning Excellence Consultant, and HR Recruiter for different regions. In these roles, she contributed to areas like succession management, talent strategy, young talent programs, culture transformation, change management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Lourdes joined Fiskars Group in 2022, where she initially served as the Global Head of Talent Management and later transitioned to the role of Director Talent Management, Learning & Performance in 2023. Lourdes Pantaleon obtained a Bachelors degree in General Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, she have certifications in Applied Behavioural Science in the Workplace from MoreThanNow and Talent Management from The Talent Strategy Group (completed in 2019).
