Mandisa Waterman-Riksfjord has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mandisa currently holds the position of VP Group Talent Management at TOMRA, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Competency & DEI Director at Elkem ASA from August 2021 to November 2023. In 2020, she worked as a Training & Knowledge Manager at Aibel until July 2021. From an earlier period, she held a role in People Development at Sector Alarm Group from 2018 to May 2020. In 2017, she briefly worked as a Business Development Manager at Vainu. Their longest tenure was at SLB, where she served as a Training Specialist & Project Manager from 2007 to 2016.
Mandisa Waterman-Riksfjord has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Petroleum Geology and Geophysics from the University of Oslo. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with honors from Adelphi University
